My 485 is pending more than 1 year. Eligible for ac21. However still working for same GC sponsered employer with same title. Recently relocated to different state from the state where LC was filled. Getting more salary than specified in LC, due to cost of living difference in new location. Is it necessary to notify the employement relocation to USCIS in the view of AC21 job change? Is it a AC21 job change?

------- you are working for the same employer you dont need to file AC21.
If you have moved your home address then file form AR11( it does not change your address on your pending petitions with USCIS)

Just complete AR-11 form and send it. After sending...call UCSIS and ask them to update the new address for your I-485. Then only you'll receive Biometrics and Fingerprint Notices properly to your current address. I beleive it's not AC21 job change.

If the job has different duties, or is in a different geographic location than specified in the LC, it most certainly is an AC21 job change.

I updated address change in 485 applications, also filed AR11. Now my doubt is whether I need to get a letter from my employer (explaining my relocation is just a employment transfer and job titile, and duties remain same) and send it to USCIS?

Thanks

-----------not needed.

if you are on H1 status you need to ask your lawyer/employer if the have new LCA for new work location.
