Should i notify INS about new I-94 /AOS card after entering on AP ?

Hello All,

I came back on Advance Parole.. do i need to notify INS to use my new I-94 Card with AOS pending.. ??? i spoke to a lawyer he was saying to notify INS ?? is there any such thing that will affect my I-485 process ??

i had my GC application submitted with old I-94 card with H-1 B status.

You need not notify USCIS.

Will you please share your experience at port of entry while entering to US on AP?

Also please please post the procedue how to inform USCIS after arriving to US on AP.
