should I file another I-485?

Hi, my I-485 (EB2) has been pending in TSC for a long long time. Can anyone tell me if I should try to file another I-485 using NIW? If yes, how can I use the first case's PD?

Case 1: EB2

PD: 4/13/2004
LC AP: 04/19/2007
I-485/I-140 concurrent filing: 05/30/2007
I-140 AP: 06/05/2007 (premium processing)
FP: 06/26/2007
I-485: still pending. Service request filed: 06/20/2008

Case 2: NIW

PD: 8/02/2006
AP: 12/26/07
 
What is the sense of what you are trying to achieve?
NIW is needed when you are not doing LC. If you have LC, why do you need NIW?
NIW is generally used with EB-2
 
I applied NIW because the LC was backlogged for too long, that's why my LC AP date is after NIW RD.

NIW is still EB2 with the same PD like your current one.
