Should i File AC-21 or Not , Need suggestions

Hi
I have filed on I-140, 485 Concurently in SEP 2003 and my I140 got Approved and 485 was passed more then 180 Days, got a Full time Job offer in a Big company and i accepted the Job 1 month Back.
1. Should i Apply for AC-21? or not to apply AC-21, apply if I get any RFE only...

2. I did my Finger Printing in May 2004. I am not sure how long this is Valid , before they sent another Finger Printing Notification....

---- I will update USCIS with new employer letter and with my intent change letter to use AC21 becase I dont need long list of documents with RFE

---15 months from the date you did FP
before they sent another Finger Printing Notification....
