Should I call TSC?

My AP is not approved nor there is a LUD on it. My wife's AP got approved on 1st Oct, 07. It has been more than 90 days as per the receipt notice (july 6th + 90days = Oct 4).

Do you think I should call TSC and ask why it is not moving?

Have some patience dude. You should get the approval by next week.
 
Since it has been over 90 days since you heard from them you can call them and get info about it. If they don't help you over the phone you can make an Infopass.
 
Advance Parole Denied by TSC

I filed for a renewal of I131 (Advance Parole) in May 2007. I received RFE around 25th July and submitted evidence right away. I also have postal receipt of Aug 2nd. As I didn't see any update on case status for several weeks (except LUD change on Aug 12th), I contacted customer support and they said that usually officers don't update status regularly and as I didn't receive any followup inquiry, they must have received the documents. I still opened a service ticket. I also went to Infopass but they couldn't help either and asked me to go back there after few days.

Now I received a letter from TSC yesterday that they have denied my application as I didn't respond to their RFE notice. They said that they won't allow appeal to their decision. It was signed by TSC director.

Has anyone experienced similar situation and tell me what should I do at this point? Both my wife and I have to travel out of US for business purposes and this is holding it up.

Any help/guidance will be appreciated.

I am sorry to hear that your application got denied.
Did you send your documents for the RFE with a signature confiramtion or any sort of prove that they have received it but lost it. I am not sure what to do, my only suggestion is to contact a lawyer and see whether you would appeal or apply again.

I have a signature confirmation that shows who picked up my mail at TSC. Will it work if I fax/mail that as evidence to TSC? Based on my experience, I think both InfoPass and Customer Support center will be useless.

I think it might be worth trying to call them and the Ifopass option also. If someone signed for it, it did get there, maybe not to the person/dpt it should have gone. Try to get to an IO when you call, if you decide to do so. Good luck!
