Short business trip from San Francisco to Vancouver for GC holder

I'm a Taiwan nationality with Green card. I plan to have a business trip from San Francisco to Vancouver in next few weeks. My company has offices at both places. I'll stay in Vancouver for less than a week.

I'm thinking about two ways of travel,

1. by air to Vancouver
2. by car from Seattle after flying to Seattle. I plan to bring my family. My wife has GC. My kids are US citizens. --- preferable

What ID should we bring along? What Visa or process should I go through beforehand? Do I need to get a letter from my company? I'd like to know the latest regulations about these.

Thanks,

Chihping

You don't need a visa to travel to Canada if you have a US green card.
You just need to carry your current passport and green card.
