hi everyone!.i just wuld first like to commend all you guys for the great advice you offer on this site..well my story is not about me but my aunt...
she's been married for over 3yrs..to a great guy.but she has four sons from her previous relationship(she in her 40's now)..her sons age are 25.18.13,10)..they're getting ready to file for her green card..and she wanted to know if when her husband petitions for her.can they also include all four sons..even the one who is 25?..he's unmarried .her husband wants to adopt the younger two..since their dad has never really been in their life..he split right after the last one was born..and she hass been dating her new husband since moving to the states in 2000..okay so what does she do..does she add her sons to the petition at the same time with her..her after she gets approved?..
