Hi ,
I am working with the employer who have filed my I-485,I-765 on April 28th 2003.

I got my EAD card on Sep 2003 and my H1 is ending on End of Nov 2003 ..

I am not changing the employer but I will be using EAD card to work with the same employer as my H1 is expiring on 30 th Nov 2003 .

My Employer is suggesting to file for I-9 form .

I want to know do I need to file AC 21 form or just I-9 is okay.

If I have to file the AC 21 form ..do I need it to file through the lawyer ..becasue he is charging $500 to file AC 21.

Can I file by my own ?

There is no AC21 form. And why would you need to use AC21 if you are not changing employers?

I-9 is the form that you fill out to establish your employment eligibility. If your employment authorization changes ( get and use EAD, H1 extended, got green card, etc.) you need to fill out a new or amended I-9 form.
