Hi guys,

I stumbled upon this website http://www.bandkvisas.com/index.php while googling. They are claiming that they can get Re-Entry Permit and RTD in just 6-8 weeks. They can also help to expedite applications that are pending. Has anyone heard or used their service before? I am getting desperate because my ND for RTD is 5/5/06 and I have not received any decision and I've bought my ticket to travel on 8/31/06.

Thanks.

good thind to do when in need

hi guys
i tried one service like this they usually yet u rtd or re entry permit in 28 days
here is the name of this service
www.travelvisaexpress.com
based in atlanta.they usually say 6 to u 8 weeks but u will get in 28 days but your case is different u already applied for ,it might take less time for u .
try it u can trust on this.

I used such service before

I used such service before and they indeed expedited my RTD. I got mine in 4 weeks. Basically, they write a cover letter with your initial application explaining why you need the RTD sooner. They are 7 cases where you can expedite RTDs; I can't remember all of them but I will list some:
1- Medical reasons
2- Humanitarian issues
3- Work related
4- Significant financial losses if you don’t travel

The applicant has to provide these agencies with a proof to their case, i.e. letter from your employer justifying urgency to travel.

I am not sure how they can help if you already submitted your I-130 application. Hope this help

I would advice that you wait for couple more weeks before contacting anyone. The service is now processing applications recieved on May 12. So just wait a little bit more time..Good luck...

You do not need anyone for expediting. You provide the evidence and they will expedite your request, my sister was refused a visa since her RTD wasn't valid for more than 90 days so she applied for a new one and got it in 2 weeks after expediting it with a valid reason. The FAX number for nebraska was also posted.

Don't pay them nothing, they simply are going to attach a letter explainng why you need to get it fast. You can do it for yourself...

Travelvisaexpress.com

Hello everybody,

I was wondering if anyone else has used travel visa express to expedite a travel document?

I am planning on using them in Feb as my current travel document runs out.
I just want to make sure they can do what they say they can. Although I know there are never any guarantees.

Or perhaps someone has used another agency and got a great result?

Thank you :)

I agree, USCIS fees are already killiing and those services in the websites are expensive too

I really like the idea of Do It Yourself, it's free and no one will take care of your application more than yourself.

Only if you really can't do it yourself :( and have extra cash  then contact these websites... this is my advice

Do not use this kind of services. Write your own document, attach necessary and valid proofs showing urgency... I got mine and my wife's RP and RTDs within 2 weeks.

Getting your RTD/RP expedited is not such a big thing OR some big legal matter that you start getting services of this kinda agents.

hey guys...could anyone please tell me what kind of proofs I would have to attach with my request for expedited processing if I were to apply for a reentry permit. Also, I understand under the new rules, once you apply and do your biometrics, you can leave the country and if you have a friend in the US who can pick up your mail, he/she can mail your reentry permit to you. Is this true? And if this is the case, how long does it usually take to get the biometrics done? so that i can then leave? Please guys if you could answer, i'd appreciate it.

Are you traveling for work? Get a letter. Traveling for medical reasons? Get proof. Etc. Sometimes, they expedite even if you don't have proof, as long as you write a convincing letter.

Once you do your biometrics, and they approve the RP,then you can have someone else send it to you. I'm not sure how long you'll have to wait for the biometrics letter, though.

thanks for the reply. Actually my father is in the hospital and I hope not, but he may require surgery and I want to obviously be there with him. I don't even have time off from work but o well, I may just have to leave it and go for I don't know how long but may end up being for a while, like more then a year. I can sure try to get evidence for why I want to go. thanks again. any other advice?

Sorry to hear about your dad. If you could get a letter from his doctor, that would definitely help. But, if you can't, write a convincing letter. Good luck.

has anyone gone for less than a year like for 8-9-10 months and come back with no problems without the reentry permit? thanks..

how can you take the airplane back to USA? the airlines won't let you unless you have a visa..... or the re-entry permit

IF you go for more than 1 year and less than 2 years you need a reentry permit (with the green card) to get back or they (USCIS) may consider your permanent resident status (GC) abandoned and not let you back.
