I was client for her.
You can not only take AC21 letter from her. This is where attorney makes big$$$$$$ Man.

There are formats of AC21 letter available on this site. Can't we just use one of these formats to inform BCIS?

Of course.... I petitioned for two work visas myself without a lawyer. AC21 is no different. I had two different law firms review it and got a transfer....

if you dont want a spend money on AC21 for immigration matters then why did you left your old employer.
Pls don't take it wrong way. But you should know legal attorneys earn lots of $$$$$ int hese country and perphas they are the one who makes lots of money here.
So get rid out of all things.
Consult to any attorney while paying them on consultation and then when u think u wanna continue then you have to pay them.
