hi all

my mother apply for me I-130 she is currently in IL we got a notice of action , i am wondering why my case in CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER NOT IN VERMONT ?????
 
There is no logic with USCIS. I also have no idea why would they have 2 locations for the same job.

compare the offices
you will find big gap between the offices , in other word
it dosent make any sense ????
if you had the hard luck and your case transferd to california service center you have to wait more ?????
