FWIW, from what I've seen / read cases which are filed online seem to take longer than regular (paper) filings. If you search this and the I-140 forum you can probably find more info (maybe in the FAQ sections).

Yes. The FAQ in the VSC I-140 forum might have info on the best way to file for EAD / AP yourself.

I agree, but just a reminder for everyone that you shld protect your computer from viruses and other bots, since if someone decides to hijack your machine and launch an attack, you would be blamed, and by the time you sort out the mess, you would probably be back home in India. :)
 
FP Notice

My wife got her FP notice.I'm still waiting for FP notice.
Appointment for my wife in october at newark.
Two months back i changed my address form NJ to DE.
Two weeks back applied for second EAD (for me and wife) with new address.

I mailed the AR11 from,but did not call the service center to update address.
Will this be a problem when she goes for FP

1 month? 2 years?
Just like anything else about this whole process......... Who knows :)

The only reason I am looking forward to the FP is so that I know that: Yes, my file is alive and well.

Attorneys advise us to call the Service Center and update.
 
Hi, Got this info from the Sep 2003 tracking ..

'The USCIS policy now is to send an applicant for FP only after the file is ready for adjudicating. What that means is that once your FP is done and they are able to get a clean report from the FBI/CIA and GOD(kidding) then they you might get your 485 approval in a couple of months or even less after FP. If unfortunately your name matches some criminal/terrorist etc. then it could take a couple of years while they get your name cleared. '

Is this true?

Also will there be any difference between concurrent & non-concurrent cases...?
