VSC Processing now I-140 from Jan 13 2003 ???

Godd Morning


One of the web site which i always rely on has published that E13(EB3) I-140 cases are processecases with receipt date of Jan 13 2003!!

I am not sure if this true !! Mya be typo error ?

It's correct but it's not for EB3

Hi sureshais,

It's the correct date but it's for E13(EB1) not EB3. You can check at the following site as well. For EB3 the date is still same as the last time => 09/23/02. For some ppl it might be bad but for some ppl like me who thought they missed the bus would be happy that still there is a chance of approval in next 15 days time..;-)

My I-140(RD 07/22/02) , Filed Concurrent I-1485(ND 09/20/02) with I-140 receipt. EAD/AP approved.

Any comments and suggestions welcome.

I-140 E13

I-140 E21

I-140 NIW

I-140 E31, E32, EW3


Or better still which of the above categorioes is for EB3 ?

Hi All, Got my I-140 Approved today July 15th. Applied I-485 concurrent on Oct 7th 2002. I-140 ND is Sept 16th. Got EAD and AP, but still no finger printing... do not know why FP is taking so long ???? any answers....

Anybody can help me answer the question? Thanks.

My friend did FP three times but failed due to illegible FP(not readable but passed machine). He was required to get police clearances from all of police departments of cities he lived before. He did and submitted according to the requirement. Several months passed but the online status never changed. It is saying:

On December 11, 2002, the fingerprints for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were collected and are pending review.

Anybody experienced that. My friend wants to know why it takes so long, also wants to know whether it affects his I140 process due to such pending. Should my friend call BCIS to find out?

I have no clue about his situation. If anybody could help, it would be great.

Contacted Newark BCIS office and they told that my FP was fine and valid for 15 months.
