Just one info was missing, my I140 was filed at EB3.

I still have one more question:

Since my I485 already filed more than 180 days, is it true I can work for another company without screwing up my I485? Some people said I better stay with my current company for another 180 days but some people said I can work for another company because of portability rule!!

Can anyone help me out? Thanks a lot

Hi Susu

Looks like VSC has moved into October 2002 now. But it also looks like they are still approving bunch of September cases as well.

So seems like we should see July VSC update for EB3 as early part of October 2002 and EB2 as mid-september 2003. (My guess)

If it is true that they already moved to Oct for EB3, then my case must have been missed out. What should I do??

What is your EAC number starts with? If you don't mind could you update this thread. Mine also in same range like eac03031XXXXXXX. Just for my analysis only.

Yes I am also in the same series. EAC03018XXXXX.

I could see EAC03017XXXXX approved on June 19 2003.

So all EAC03018XXXXX guys out there it may just 1 or 2 weeks to get approval.

It seems I have been passed over again by BCIS. Has anyone with this ND gotten approved.

Doesn't mean passed over

Do not worry about too much. Almost every behind month has some new approvals like Nov., 2002; Dec., 2002 and Jan., 2003 etc. Sometimes they have same number of new approvals as the current processing month. I can't explain why like everyone here. They have some patterns we just don't know. It is no-question fact that they process the cases without any order. I just pray for everyone you will be next lucky one. We will be lucky sooner or later. It is just matter of time. Don't be disappointed. They will not forget you!!

Hi All,

Thanks everyone to keeping this thread alive and vibrant..especially susu for compiling all the results.

what are the EAC numbers and what do they mean..I have seen a lot of people asking each other what the starting numbers of their application is..

does EAC 0300 processes before EAC 0301..is that the thing or there is a different logic that I need to be aware of?
