I am happy to inform you all that my I-140 got approved on 16th June. Those who are waiting, wish you Best of Luck. Here is my Info :

I-140 at VSC, applied alone (not concurrent)
AOS
EB2
RD=Sept. 10, 2002
Approved on 16 June, 2003.

I am new to this forum, and I will be filing for my I-140/485 concurrently soon, can anyone please let me know approximately how long it is taking to get 140, EAD, AP, 485 etc approved?

MY case has been approved.

Case Details-

EB 21 (Consulor Processing)

RD : 09/27/2002
ND : 09/28/2002
AD : 06/25/2003

Thanks for all the support in this forum. This is a great forum where lot of information is very useful.

Guys hang in there and I am pretty sure VSC is picking up speed.

One thing that I would like to tell my fellow-members that do file concurrently. Do not keep a gap between your I-140 and I-485 filing.

Hang in there man!. I am pretty sure that your case will get approved pretty fast.

To let you know how a change in officer can make difference.

My friend filed concurrently on Sept 23/2002 (I-140/I-485 Combined filing) but he is yet to get his approval.

It does not mean that CP or Solo filers are getting speedy approvals. If you are with an Immigration officer who has a stack to clear, slow or vacation, your case might get delayed by one or two weeks but not longer than that.

After that, I think you can call NSC 1800 No and request them to look into your cases. I have heard that they have been pretty helpful.

How can he get it that? On immigration web site they will not mention EB of the application in the status of the application.

Thanks for posting the new approvals. This is really great. One question though, Is this the entire list of i140 getting approved for the entire week ? If the answer is yes then its a long wait to go. Because on an avearage for a month there are 1800 applications and with this speed VSC will take 4 months to finish one month. please throw some light..

I don't see as many approvals as before. It seems that the processing slows down. I hope that it is just a matter of online update but not actual process. Anyway, it would not bother me at all. I will be on vacation. I would enjoy couple of weeks long break and enjoy my life. See you guys.

EAC0300354XXX

ND: 10/03/02
RD: 09/26/02
AD: 07/01/03.
