Hi Clueless,

I am myself under going immense tension - especially with the job situation and waiting for this approval.

I start the day by assuring that I will see the status change to approved... however at the end of the day it feels like a loosing war.

Hope the sun rises for all who have been caught in this miserable wait and hope that no one ever goes thru this stress!

PS: btw, my i140 approval notice email from the para legal had come in on the doomed day 9/11 of 2001 !

man, there is even March RD approval now

what about the 2001 left overs.........pls,pls,pls, approve our case........:( :(
 
There was an old IT phrase which says the It is more important to project to the client that the consultant is working that working itself...

It looks like BCIS playing the same ...

March 02 approval is really a terrible news for all the 01 applicants in the queue ..
 
2nd FP done for two months...nothing...22 months since RD already! What do you think of the flower idea in the other thread? I don't think we can 'move' anyone...

My lawyer did not inform me for the notice but when I called on 06/17/03 she said said yes we received the notice and your FP is due on 06/19/03.

Did 2nd FP in June. No news yet. Contacted congressman.
The only positive thing I heard was they have started processing backlog, but if somebody's FP is expiring, that takes priority.
I have offer, but don't want to take chance, with my kind of luck.
