Am confused:
I am currently in Rajasthan on tourist visa and want to apply for OCI at MHA in Delhi. If I enclose my foreign passports along with forms(A+B) + all other docs in 1 single registered package at the tim of application, will it be accepted by MHA? OR do i/my agent need to go in person to MHA office to deliver my foreign passport for U visa stamping ?
