Contacted senator (Rep) office twice one month back it seems there is not much help we are going get from them, saying same story now INS is processing Jan 31 cases wait 2 or 3 months.

Now I am planning to contact Governor (Democrat) and want to give up contacting senator. My current employer know one person in Gov office and he wants to contact Gov off.

Do you think contacting a Governor will any way better than following up senator? does it seems more enquires to INS ? what is your suggestions.

That idea also came into my mind.

But I don't have anyone can help me. I think it would be a good idea. They all are connected one way or another.

The Governor is the head of the state government, whereas USCIS is a branch of the federal government. Contacting your state governor will do nothing for you except waste time and a stamp.

Have the Governor contact the Senator and/or your Congressman on your behalf..it should help!

Thanks guys for replies.

Senator office looks not motivative here. They even could not find more info than what we know. At least I could have get 2 nd FP with that effort. And I think they may not call INS again until another 2 months. I am in a jeopardy now !
