Selective Service registration & citizenship

Hi,

my brother is now turning age of 27 and he wants to apply for the U.S. citizenship. He never registered for the Selective Services (SSS) himself, but he received a letter from them automatically when he obtained his Green Card 7 years ago.

( I guess they just automatically registered him? )

Nevertheless, he had moved to different addresses several times and never changed the address with the SSS.
Is this a problem for him as for LPR? Can he become US citizen now?

Thank you!

He is registered. check online www.sss.gov

For more than 10 years they've been automatically registering males for Selective Service as part of the green card process if they're in the designated age range.

Great, so even though he haven't changed the address with the SSS since they registered him, he should be OK for the naturalization?

Thanks
