I would not rely on those dates. For example, I live in northen VA, I got an interview letter PD 07/25/05, but that site says processind app with PD of 01/12/05.

did you get your oath letter yet?

i wonder if the PD is for the oath? or for the interview?
 
I'm not relying on those dates...i don't think anyone does. But they are rough guidelines that they publish, so take them with a grain of salt, and as a general trend i think it's informative and indicative of where things are at.
