Second entry on B1 visa

I came here on Business visa (B1) for 3 months and then went back to India after 3 months, how soon can I come back again on B1 visa.

Also for how much time will I be granted entry at POE.

You should not be in the US for more than 6 month out of any rolling 12 month window. You might get 3 month if you come to the US soon, otherwise the full 6 month.

That all depends on the admitting officer. I have seen an I-94 issued with one day's validity only.

Can you please elaborate - "rolling 12 month window". Does this mean one calender year or a 12 month period after entry into the U.S.

Go back a year from the present day and see if the entry applicant has spent more than 6 months in the US. That is what any visitor needs to avoid.
