I have an approved I-140 from my first employer. I changed job at the end of 6th year of my H1B and got a 3 year extension until 2010 for my new employer (my PD -May 2005- was retrogressed at that time).
The new employer is unwilling to file GC.
Could I get another 3 year extension in 2010 using old I-140? What if my PD is current by then? Could the 3 year extension still be possible?

You have chance only if your PD is not current to get your further extention through your previously approved I 140.

If your present employer not for your LC, then why you are working with them, unless you have no intention of having your PR.
