Is UCSBP processing TN at Livingstone or Peace Bridge?

Nobody is picking up the phone at CBP@Buffalo @ 716-843-8521 when I call that number requesting an appointment.

Has anybody communicated using this email ID BuffaloUSMCA@cbp.dhs.gov for submission of documents?

Called CBP@Buffalo @ 716-843-8521 just now and an officer scheduled an appintment with a confirmation number.

Are appointments needed to made in advance ?. I was not aware, i was planning to go for my TN processing at POE next week. Any advice.

Appointments are not really necessary at most POE. You show up at business hours and you will be processed.

I drove to Detroit because they led me to believe I needed an appointment at Peace Bridge. That is not the case.

I had to call them at Rainbow Bridge and get an appointment. I did not want to take a chance of driving there and then being sent back.
