San Jose FP waiters thread (from 12/28/2001)

Does FP notice date depend on the RD or ND ?

Hello,

I would appreciate if someone could answer my query as to whether the order of sending FP notices depends on Notice Date or on the Receipt date ?

from "pending review" to "processing resumed" !
Hope this is a good sign.
But deep inside, I feel its probably a mistake. Anyhow, hoping for the best :)

Details;
WAC-01-265-*****
RD - 2nd july 2001
ND - 23rd august 2001
fp done - 01/09/2002, scheduled - 01/31/2002
AVM updated to "pending review" - jan 15th 2002.
AVM updated to "processing resumed" - jan 17th 2002.

Mine changed to "Precess resumed -Jan 17th", my wife not changed any one in same boat?

I received my FP on 12.12.01, but wife has still not rceived it

Details:

RD 07.25.01,
ND 08.20.01
WAC # 01-262-XXXXX
 
Processing resumed - for my wife

In my case, it is the opposite.
Jan 17th - Processing resumed - AVM for my wife.
But for me, still the same old msg, FP notice was sent.....

I am in a similar boat. Even my wife has not recd. FP notice. I intend waiting for the next batch to start. If it odes not come in the next batch i intend having my lawyer send an enquiry. Do you have an action plan
 
Any idea on when can I expect my FP notice..

I mailed my 485 app in first week of Sept. Have already recd. AP and EAD...Any guesstimate on when will I get the FP notice . I am in the San Jose INS area.

Long wait for FP in San Jose

My RD is 1/2/01 and ND is 1/29/01
i still havent recd my FP notice from San Jose
is there anyone else who has waited this long? or is this unusual?

yes but they r people from sfo bay area

people in areas where there r less immigrants have got fp notice earlier

example (Los Angeles, San Diego, Orange County)
 
Processing resumed after FP

Jan 19th - Processing resumed after AP - As per AVM
This was a directly changed message. I never heard "...Pending review" message on my case, though I heard it for my wife on Jan15th, "Resumed" message on Jan 17th to her.
 
When can I expect FP notice ?

Hi All,
I know that any question that starts with "when" is most difficult to answer if it has anything to do with INS, but anyway I thought of giving it a try :). My RD is 08/02/01 I was wondering when can I expect my FP notices, I\'ll be away on a 4 week vacation starting Feb 1st, so that makes me anxious to do it before I leave on vacation. Any idea when the next batch would start ?

Received EAD and AP.
FP Notice Date: Jan 17 2002
FP Sched Date: Feb 27 2002 at SJ ASC.
