We called the number on the FP notice but can\'t get any information on the ASC office hours. Do you or any other know if they work until at 5:30 in the afternoon? Thanks.
 
Got FP notices for me and my wife

We got our FP notices in the mail Yesterday.

MD: 6/12/01
RD: 6/13/01
ND: 8/17/01
AP: 8/24/01
EAD: 11/20/01
FP: 12/08/01 (got it on 12/12/01)
Hope other 485 waiters will get theirs soon in the SJ area.
 
got FP yesterday, did Fp today.

in San jose...
RD is June 11, ND is aug 16th,
they asked no questions in the San jose ASC.
 
FP notice inquiry

Hi guys,
My lawyer sent the FP inquiry to CSC a couple of weeks ago. If your lawyer didn\'t do it, ask him/her for doing it.
 
spoke to IIO

took 30 minutes to get connected and another 30 minutes of hold to finally get connected to a information officer..

Basically she said we have received your FP on 12/03 and 12/06 (wife) and they look good. We did our FP on 11/29. My case hasn\'t been assigned and she couldn\'t tell me when it will be..

Bottomline, 1 hr of my time was wasted today.. well life goes on..

Does anyone know approx. when I could expect my case to be assigned??

Actually I received the notice yesterday - moron roommate didn\'t mention yesterday that I had a mail. Anyway, went to SJ today and got FP done- very quick job. One thing I forgot in a hurry was to photocopy my FP notice! They keep that notice so if you don\'t photocopy it before you go there, you\'re screwed (its not necessary but I just wanted to keep it for my own records).

OOps.. correction on FP dates..

Actually FP notice date (I belive) was 12/05/01. I can\'t tell for sure at the moment because I didn\'t keep a photocopy of my original notice! 12/10/01 was the stamp date on the envelope in which our INS gawd mailed me the notice.
