People with RD in May are being scheduled for Dec end. So your scheduled date will not be before next year. When are you returning?
By the way, never try to go after the schedule date. And do not reschedule -- delays the process a lot.

yes, some october mailers got FPs too...

...but the thing is, it is not clear how many of them are from San Jose

The current dates look like people in May are getting FP sched for
Dec 27. I am 8 day behind the last may FP.
May 22 RD for DEC 27 Sched date for FP.
my RD is Jun 1st. Even if one additional FP showed up for
any one in May ending, I would have some kind of clue with
regards to my Sched.Date. I going to wait till MON , TUE, WED to
see the trends and if needed I will re-schedule my vacation.
Shit ! man I am screwed any way! Anyone...any advices
 
I think you can reschedule the FP...

Is someone aware of the issues if one is not in the country on the FP date??
 
I have similar dates like yours and waiting for FP. Did you hear about FP lately?

Vamsimar, I think fabolous was asking the general board if anyone knew about rescheduling

I am sure you can reschedule fabolous -- even if you do not leave the country(there is a rescheduling form attached to the FPO notice). I do beleive reading that it can lead to months of delays though.

Yes, I got two page, on the first page one line says, in response to your enquiry etc etc & there are many boxes, out of which FP is marked.
 
Did you go for FP even before the scheduled appt date?

Appreciate if you can clarify, if it is okay to ahead of appt date? Mine is scheduled for 12/27, I can\'t wait that looooooong!

Hi Vamsidhar,

Even if Yu get fp notice during Yr vaction period with the scheduling date also in Yr vaction period, there is no need to reschedule it.As per 485 guide lines Yu can do Yr fp before expiring 120 days from the scheduling date ( max 100 ) because fbi has to clear yr finger prints.So nothing to worry about fp notices during vacation period. Just follow up with yr lawyer over mail during Yr vacation period
 
Heard SJ FP for June 14 RD!!

I heard that one person got his FP Notice for RD of June 14\'2001. He is in San Jose

Early FP in SJ..any issues?

I am planning to go for early FP at SJ. Mine is scheduled on 12/29. Any issues with early FP? How long is the waiting time in the morning?

No issues. Go there . show your notice . Get it done.
Just don\'t ask them if it is ok to do early FP etc. I am
not sure about morning. I went there in the afternoon. There were
like 4-5 people ahead of me. But my waiting time was only around 10 minutes.
 
No one received FP notice whose RD falls after June 1st at Sanjose area
