i had no idea while creating the discussion board that there would be so much response, i think the creator of the list deserves the real credit.

Looking at your list, i think there is some trend in the FP notices.
They have arrived in other areas, Judging by the conectration of people in the bay area (san jose sc) I think INS is kind of throttling the FP notices not to overburden the FP center as well as
485 approval after FP for these candidates.

I agree with who had this opinion before.
again, the thing that bugs me is some April 2nd week waiers in San Jose area have not got their FP while cases from 30th April both in the SJ area have received it.

Anyway I hope that all the San Jose waiters get their FP in the next bunch of notices.

Any updates...

Did anybody talk to IIO regarding this delay in sending FPs to San Jose people ? I couldn\'t get INS line. When is the next batch of FPs to be expected ? Thanks.
 
Long wait for FP in San Jose

My RD is 1/29, EB1, sunnyvale
I did not apply for EAD or AP until last week. Could that be
any reason why I have seen no activity on my case. The AVM msg
hasnt changed since Jan.
any ideas...
