Labor got approved!!

I didn't post a lot, but good news suppose to share with everyone. Just wanna post some more good news to cheering people who's been waiting long.

Just got email from my attorney saying my labor got approved, the actual LC received. Three and more years to come, finally has the answer. This is after re-test the market reply. Here is the brief case info.

095597xx
Priority date 5/29/2002
transfer to DOL 4/14/2003
3 opt. letter dated 8/2/2005
re-ad and sent out around 9/16 2005
email says approved on 9/26/2005

999.151-031
EB3

well, like other people experienced, the system still says received.

Good luck all!!

Congratulations! And thanks for posting - it helps to have an idea of how fast the DOL are working on the re-test cases! So far it is looking very good. Good luck with next stage!

Goodbye AVM?

Has anyone called the AVM for case status lately. It seems that it is down and may never be back up again if I understood the message correctly. Anyone have more info?

It was working last weekend, and yesterday(Monday) too until some time.

1) Previously, it was so slow, it was taking abt five minutes to check status
2) For most part of the last week, whatever case# u enter, it was saying that case is not found.
3) Ofcourse, it was much better yesterday, and I cd check few of the cases, and I was concerned abt Oracle Corp. cases. I checked only Oracle cases

I cd hear one certification

09559781 cert-10/12 4/14/2003 999.151-031

and bad news is Denials (all are from Oracle, and all these denials are after initial NOF's, and later on rebuttal was submitted). Probably this may be because of layoffs in Jan this year.

Finally my case is still Rcd.

On Monday you probably got through before it stopped working. It just rings and rings and then goes off whenever I try. Did you hear the message on the 415-975-4601 number that says the AVM is not working and might not be restored? What a bummer! Especially for you since you are still in the dark.

We just returned the labor retest response and so I wanted to check for certification/status since some people seemed to have been getting theirs after only a week or two recently. Guess now it is in the hands of the attorneys to tell us when a response arrives - which will probably two weeks after it does arrive! Hopefully ours don't go the way of Oracle! Were the NOFs they got labor retest?

We had received market retest request for 2 cases. Results were sent back Sep.15. One of them was approved on Sep.23, but my case is still not approved...

That's a bummer kcg - it must be terrible to have one case be approved and then have yours not approved yet. Let's hope you don't have to wait too long.

Congrats neargc - 7-8 weeks isn't too bad. It is still way better than the 3-6 months our attorney is telling us. Good luck from here on!

The AVM still isn't working this week. Is there any way to request that they fix it? Their voice message still says they are having trouble with their tone talker which may not be corrected. Does this sound fair? Now there is no way to keep track of outstanding cases!

zastone,

I used to call 415 9754610 and ask them to look into AVM on extension 4617.

If some one pickes up, you can tell them, and they forward to the person who looks after this. You can request them to get the AVM working.

Otherwise leave a message telling them to look into the AVM, as it is not possible to check case status.

Thx

Actually we have just started receiving e-mails from the attorneys that cases have been certified. Some are still outstanding though. Will wait a few days before contacting DOL about AVM.

Finally time to move to I-140/145! Good luck to Raj and others still waiting!
