3 option letter

Does anyone know how long it takes for DOL to look at the response to a 3 option letter? We sent ours almost a month ago and still nothing... Anyone in the same boat?

Congrats to all those getting their approvals through. Frustrating for all us earlier cases to be skipped, though!

Does anyone know if the DOL ever make phone calls, or do they do everything by mail? I discovered they have the wrong phone number for my company on file. This is thanks to the information posted in this forum - the excellent spreadsheet! My attorney is supposed to have sent updated contact info, but they didn't even know my case was still in DOL SF; they thought it was in Philadelphia backlog reduction center. Not exactly confidence-inspiring! Has anyone ever changed Attorney with application still pending? :^) probably not a good idea ...

That AVM is almost unusable today! Is it just because so many people are calling it constantly?

Labor Certification

Hi Everybody

How long will it take the LC to reach the attorney's office once it is certified and what about the time required to file the next stages(I-140 & I-485)..
Please respond.Any information on this is really appreciated

Is this the new approval list or the old one ?. The dates shows May, so I was curious to know the same. If it is a new one then on last week of May we have almost 100 approvals.

Yes. I'm playing the same sheet of music.

My employer responded to my 45 (love) 3 options letter around 3 months ago.

After that, nothing. I've no idea what is next. Just waiting…. and keep visiting this forum once a month. I see dates are snailing (I guess currently approving for ~??-May-2003).

I should appreciate guys who are publishing approved file numbers and dates. Thanks guys.

Hdotcom, the 45 day letter you received was from a Backlog reduction center, where as this forum is not for backlog, this is for labor which is still at SFO DOL. The letter were are talking about is the NOF letter when a case is being skipped.

Any updates ?

Also have we figured out if they are skipping EB3 or it is just a coincidence ?
