San Francisco Regional DOL Tracker

Petelt,
Call 415 975 4617 and choose options 1/1. When prompted, enter your Case#. This Voice message acts funny and breaks in between...... it is a pain to check, but there is no alternative.

Raj,
How do you track these cases. I called 415-598-4133 then 1/1, it transfer me to general VM. How do you track a particular case no.??

Hi Raj:

My reading tells me that the same thing that labor certifcation shouldn't be a matter for certifying either EB2 or EB3.

Do you think all the skipped cases are belonging to EB3..?

Thanks

sr1234, I am not generalizing about EB-3 being kept in wait. LogWaitLC was checking for the status of his colleagues, whose cases are EB-3 of 4/11 obviously they too are skipped. My case is skipped, so is gc_dreams... so thought whether this has become a criteria for certification? I am not sure whether they (DOL) are aware that the cut off date for EB3 is June 1, 2005 and not Jan 1, 2005.

Since a little more than a month or so, they are skippiong more cases, than they were previously. Previously very few cases are skipped...

Skipping cases include those who do not match Carlson's memo guidelines (BS+3 or MS+6 ).

Thanks Raj, I tried that number but the quality of the voice is terrible. Hardly heard what they are saying.... It keep breaking on and off, I will try it again tomorrow!

Skipped Cases ???

Hi, I have one question. My case is as following

EB3
PD : 04/11/2002
RD : 02/28/2003
DOT: 999.172-072
Case #09548xxx

My case has not been approved yet whereas my colleagues in the company who applied at the same time with same DOT got their approvals in Jan end this year. Any idea why two cases from same company filed at sametime with same job-code will be processed differently. What can be done to expedite the processing time in my case.

My lawyer says that my case has not been send to Backlog reduction center and will be processed by the SFO center. What does this mean.

What is skipped cases ? What happens to those cases ?

-Ashu

Thanks. My case seems to be about 100+ cases far. I fall in EB2 category. Keeping my fingers crossed.
HopeAlive,

Check your case... I found the following case certified, on June 03. May be your's is certified too... There are about 30 of Apr 14 cases after the following case.

09560141 6/03 4/14/2003 999.352-014

I checked the case today. No such luck yet. I have a suspicion that -031 and -032 cases are taking longer than other cases.

My Skipped case shipped to BEC

Just an FYI...for individuals whose cases were skipped. My case was from AZ, RD Aug 2004, skipped last month and today my employer received a 45 day letter from Dallas Backlog elimination center.

I don't understand what is going on :(

Az LC

Is yours RIR or Non-RIR. Assuming your PD is around Jan 2004

Please confirm if you are in proper thread before posting anything

My case is RIR from AZ and the priority date is not Jan 2004 but Aug 2004.

The people who has RD of April 03 need to be worried about skipped cases.

Thanks,

I thought I am in the right thread and wanted to share the information with the people who are wondering what is going on with the skipped cases as I did for the past one and a half month.
Since my case was filed from AZ with a RD (not PD) of Aug 2004, do you think I can not post it here??? Since my case moved to the BEC from SFO, I posted it in this thread. As this information would be helpful for all the small state people, I posted it in Seattle thread too.

I check this web site every day but do not post unwanted information or info in unrelated threads.

I am not sure if you read my posting clearly, I said my case is from AZ, RIR. the processing dates for all small states other than CA is Sep 2004.

Thanks,
neargc

Thanks Raj. I saw there is a big gap between case#09560037 to 09560075 -- All these cases are skipped or didn't get a chance to check these cases.
