Sample Letter for ADvance Parole

Hi!
In the Application for Travel Document (I-131) Advance Parole,
Could not find one in immihelp.com

On PART 7, they ask to submit

"On a Separate Sheet of Paper, please
explain how you qualify for Advance Parole and what circumstances warrant
issuance of Advance Parole. Include copies of any document you wish considered"

Can anyone post a template.

Just start as any letter. Here is one...
"My application to adjust my status to permanent resident is pending with you ( Receipt number , Alien Number)
While this is pending, in order to facilitate my visit to my home country (to visit my parents or to attend family functions or .. based on your imagination..) kindly approve the application of advance parole enclosed alongwith."
