I am planning to apply for renewal of AP myself. Iwould like to know if
-anyone has a copy of sample cover letter to include with the documents
-Where to send the documents, the specific add.( I am under TSC)
-Do i need to send my spouses application along with mine or seperately?
(My A# is wrong in my 1st AP as well as I-485 reciept, will that cause any problems)

i did not send another cover letter. Its the same thing. Just send one. That should suffice
