"Same or similar Job"

Can some one point me towards some resources explaining "Same or similar jobs" for the purpose of portability? What if a person whose LC and I-140 was advertised and filed as a "Sr. IT Audit Manager" can asccept a job of "Sr. IT Auditor" after 6 months of filing i-485 and approved i-140 if the job responsibilities are 80-90% identical.?
Also, when deciding "same or similar job", what is more important job title or job responsibilities.?
