same day passport after oath? tampa..

i just had my interview on the 24th ... I'm thinking I may get an oath date of july17th at TCC/ tampa. I'm flying out of the country July23rd....is there a way to get same day passport right after oath taking?

Only the State Department's Passport Office can issue same-day passports (you have to pay an extra $60 for the service). They have an office in Miami and you must go there in person with proof of imminent travel. Also, they see people by appointment only.
