My Father is a US citizen for not even a year, My Mother had her green card for about 5 years and about to apply for US passport, My Brother had his green card for about 3 years since he been 20, and he is 23 now. I am about to be 25 and been married since beginning of June 2009 on US citizen that been born at the same country of Ukraine, and it is my second marriage.
My first one did not go to well. Back in 2008 I was married for almost 7 month and in that moment of time applied for green card using i-130, i-485 etc Docs. and got to the point where we got asked to come to the Initial Interview but was getting divorce so we just missed that date on October 2008. Now I earned my self a date for Court in Chicago for deportation proceeder. Also did applied the same way as before for GC about couple weeks ago, after been married for 6 month. As much I understand I am getting convicted for fraud because of my second Marriage!!??? You might ask why I did not receive GC the same way as my brother before, because I was 18 at the time and had to wait, after all also made a misstake in petition part, long story, but USCIS thought I was in my home land.
Fills like there is no way. Is my second application going to "fly out". How will the court proceed. Will they deport me or there is a chance to stay with my family!? Dose any one know!?

OP, you received a Notice to appear (NTA) right? It should say the charges or the INA code you violated. Also, depending on why they sent you an NTA, your case might or might not need legal representation. Did you get married to a USC? Did you already file 485?

First of all, you have to get a legal immigration lawyer for this one. Your lawyer has to be an expert in removal court and family adjustments to fight your case. The nature of your case depends on the allegations in your removal notice. What the allegations anyway?
The outcome will depend on how the lawyer refutes and fights your case. And what you got is a standard master hearing not a deportation order. Save money.

This is not in the DIY level, you need a lawyer, the judge will not hear you without one.

I am not sure about my charges. I think they are trying to review my legal status right now. As soon as I will find out I will post. And yes I've been married to USC to this day, and I did file i-485, and even got finger print appointment to go next week.

Thank you so much for input. I am right now have two appointments schedule for the 25th of this month and with a second lawyer on the 1st of next month. I'll have more info on what are my options as is right now. But from what I understood so far from them is that I will need to enter motion to remove myself from "status review"/"deportation procedure." That's all I know right now, and so nerves. Also I got today an finger print appointment in mail to appear in one week. But that's about all.
