RTD Question

How long does it take to receive the RTD. I sent all the paperwork and money on September 30 (Receipt Date), they already cashed the checks.

In the NSC time report, it says that they are working in a later date (Oct 18/02), but I haven't received mine and the status check just tells me that they received the papers.

Any experience share will be gratly appreciated,
 
My RTD experience has been good. Last time it was as following:

Submitted the application : 09/20/02
RTD received : 11/01/02

I have had received RTD's in the past also.

I always send money to INS via Money order, maybe delay in your scenario is because of INS waiting for an out of state check to cash prior to further processing your application....

Me too. I have also sent personal checks and experienced no delays.
Good thing of paying with personal checks is that you know when they have cleared the check.
