RTD app when GC app is still in process

I filed for GC in Aug and my case is still pending,
I have an RTD which expires soon and I want to apply for a renewal RTD.
Do I have to pay a fee for my RTD app (or can I make a copy of receipt for GC app)?
Would I file my app to the lockbox or directly to the service center?
Any links with info would be appreciated.

No. Include the receipt of your GC w/ your app and you can get a new one for free. Bear in mind that once your GC gets approved, you'll have to pay though.

That said, If I were you, I'd file for RP which is valid for 2 years instead of RTD.
 
You can't file for a Re-entry permit as you are still either a refugee or asylee at this point.
