This is a question for friend of mine. He had interview last week (FB3). He said it went pretty smooth, nothing popup during the interview (and it was not a marriage-based, so no questions about where you live and where you sleep 
), but the IO said supervisor has to look at the papers. So he still didn't get any update on status (for 10 days or so). Why it wasn't approved at the 1st place? Is it pretty normal? Can he get RFE AFTER the interview (say, they want his paystubs to look at or something else weird)? After all these years of waiting for PD it just sounds ridiculous...
