RFE - Unique problem

I recently received another RFE after I requested to remove the temporary status off of my green card. However here is where my unique situation comes into play.

Currently I am separated from my wife, she signed the paperwork and all to remove the temporary status off of my green card, so her involvement in the whole situation is not a problem. We are a young couple so we don't have much supporting evidence of our relationship.

In particular the RFE requests to have documents of joint holdings, such as vehicles, bank statements, health insurance cards, and whatnot, which I have and have already sent in. The other thing the RFE wants is proof of joint residence, which all I have is an insurance record that expires sometime later in the year. All of our utilities are in different names.

The RFE explains that if we currently do not reside together, so submit an explanation as to why we aren't.

What I am wondering is if I should just submit what I have (which is pretty lackluster evidence) and see if they accept it or not, or submit a written explanation as to why we are no longer living together and hope that they don't deny me my permanent green card. I have been living in the united states now for nearly 15 years under various visas and such. Moving back to my country (Canada) is really not even an option.

I have been working off shore for sometime now and was not able to do anything until I got home. Now that I am here, I have a very short amount of time to submit all of the paperwork.

Thanks for your help.

You two are divorced or just separated?

If you two are no longer married you can not file the I-751 together. That is lying to USCIS. If you can not provide evidence of joint life together (as the I-751 instructions state) no wondering why you got an RFE.

I do not know what to advice you, but you got yourself in quite a bit of trouble.

We are still currently married, just seperated (as in not living together), due to martial issues. We have not filed for a divorce yet.
