My RFE reply was received 5 weeks ago and so far
no response yet. Is it normal or are there any in
similar situation?

My RFE response was recieved 1 week ago and the message on the VSC AM says that it will take 540 days to process this request. what does this mean??
 
what do u mean "prove my dependants"?

Is your case straight forward? How many paychecks were you asked?

No update yet for my case, I wonder how many others are like us,
as far as I know 485runner, yiwen, junefiler are in the similar
situation: RFE replied for long time and no update.

Let\'s keep each other updated though.

No updates on my case either. As I have already moved out of state and have given an address change, I am only praying that there should not be a local transfer after this. But the IIO, I spoke to did mention about the possibility. Let\'s see.

Was your I140 for CP, but you filed for AOS ?

This was the case for both me and 485runner

Yes, same for me, 140 for CP. but I don\'t think it\'s a factor in this
delay. I guess most likely my file is still somewhere collecting dust without being picked up yet. Have you guys contact IIO recently?
 
Yes, I called them last week, But I never discuss with them about I140...

I asked them my case status, they told me my file is with an officer,
just wait....

I\'m afraid I140 for CP is the factor cause us being unreasonably
delayed, I\'m thinking to bring this issue up in my next call
to them..., What\'s your opinion ?
 
I also did call once, but only to get the standard

**Royal** answer: wait for 60 days to call back.... I plan to call
them again if it hit 2 months mark.

AVM message changed to RFE to all the family. Myself, wife and son.
Is it possible that if I get RFE, message gets updated to all?
