can you tell us how did you sent rfe medical response ?did your d/o write on same form (original one which he sent first time?)in follow up section?
or did d/o use new form?

Sairam, I sent a different form when I got RFE for medical and INS returned my form. As I was in a different city, I went to a different doctor and got medical redone.
In INS RFE notice (copy of which my lawyer sent to me) - it is nowhere mentioned to return the same form. They only asked me to undergo skin test again. (I did undergo skin test for the first time and it was negetive. However doctor forgot to fill that column).
YOu can send new i693 supplement also. MY lawyer told it is no problem.
