RFE question

Guys,

Gone through this site and read many of you guys experience with GC process.

After going through many threads, i got a question something related to RFE.

To start with, I did not work for some time in last three years ( say 4 months in 2001, 9 months in 2002 and early 2003 i.e.,Jan - Mar ). But since Apr'03 to till date i'am on pay-roll on different company. Used the EAD.

My questions is: What if i get a RFE asking to provide the lastest pay-stubs and last three years of W2 then how exactly i can handle. Because W2 amount is not compatiable as per the Labour.

GC is future job; it should not matter as long as now you are getting salary with some limit. It should not be like 100K on Labor and 50 K actual. AT I-485 stage usually W2 are asked to check whether you were working legally or not. It is not check the salary.

If i'am not wrong, you are saying that even though my actual salary in W2 for last three years(2001 - 40K; 2002 - 10k and 2003 - 45K) is LESS than what mentioned in GC labour (70K), still it doesn't matter and i should not worry.

---That is correct, your present salary has nothing to do with salary on LC, LC was filed for future job and that LC salary by law has to be piad only after GC or I-485 approval.
