For federal tax, I used software, So I only signed the one submitted to IRS. The one I have is not signed. Should I sign it? How about the date? I can not remember exactly the date I submitted to IRS?

Regarding the employment letter, the human resource personnel gave me a letter same as following:

Do you guys think this is enough?
Actually my I14O job offer letter was provided by my boss, but she refused to provide me any letter. So, I can only ask personnel to provide such a letter.
If this letter is not enough, what elso should I provide?
Actually the BCIS did not ask for pay stub? I think it is better to provide paystub? 3 months or 6 months?
I have another letter from human resource personnel, but it is only a copy. In this letter, I was appointed as reserch assistant professor, but the period is from 0701/02---06/30/04.
Is this letter good to indicate continued employment? Do you thinks 1 year is good or bad?
The university submitted H-1 extension from 06/30/03 to 06/30/06. Do you think I shoud send the copy as another evidence for the continued employment?
Appreciate your response.

Regards.

If you are really particular about signing the tax forms, sign them. Otherwise a printout from your Tax software should be enough.

In the letter from your employer, they should mention that it is a full-time permanent position and there should not be any specific dates. For a sample of the letter, look at the top of the forums, where there is "Important information".

Don't send anything that the BCIS did not ask for. You might call for trouble.

THANKS FRANTIC

THANKS FRANTIC, APPRECIATE YOUR TIMELY RESPONSE.
But I do not think that the human personnel would like to provide "permanent" in the letter.
That is why I think of providing other evidence of continued employment.
How to get the "important information"?
If convenient, would you like to send me your email to forusmle2003@yahoo.com.
I would like to contact you.
Best wishes.

Thanks a lot

Frantic, Thanks a lot.
Sorry, the email is bounced. Would you like to send to this one?
hywuzhu@yahoo.com. Appreciate.
I am really anxious and nervous about my green card. The process is terrible and noxious. But we have to get it because it is important for us foreigners to be here.
I really appreciate your help and prompt reply.
Really.
