RFE on EAD

parshu, what is your service center

mine is CSC, my RFE was received on 7/10 by the BCIS. Until now it was not approved, I need it in a week!!! any one in the same boat?
 
We applied for EAD on April 10. ND --> 4/11/03. We rec'd RFEs on May 27. We responded to the RFE on June and the BCIS rec'd on June 10. Mine (primary applicant) got approved on June 27. My spouse's got approved today 8/13 (online says its being approved and they've ordered for a new card). I rec'd my card after 8 days. We are hoping that my spouse will receive in 8-10 days.

Our case entails that one may expect to wait 60-90 days after the RFE's issued. As the online approval of today came exactly after 63 days after the BCIS rec'd our RFE. Again, this is a personal case. Don't quote me on any of this info. Just sharing with you guys.

my & spouse -- EB3 VSC
I485/I140 - RD-->2/11/03, ND-->3/14/03
I140 - AD--> 3/27/03
EAD - mailed on 4/4/03, RD-->4/11/03 (please see above for RFE details)
AD (mine) -->6/27/03
AD (online for my spouse) --> 8/13/03
 
RFE received by BCIS on July 10th

RFE received by BCIS on July 10th, however it has not been approved. I am with CSC, any one had the same experience.
