RFE on EAD need help very urgent

Hi!
i got RFE on EAD regarding the passport pages and the photo identification.Did any body got query regarding the photo identification.My attorney suggested to send the driver's license.The problem is we stay in AL and we have the driver's license of this state,while filing the GC we gave the address of NJ.Will there be any problem if we send the driver's license of AL.
Please give ur suggestions.

I got the same RFE, i sent the colour copy of Passport, Colour Copy of the Visa Page and Clour Copy of DL and Enlarged Copy. The only thing thats different is my DL and the address are from the same state. Also if you go thru the Rfe they will ask only either of them, go thru it again

Hi,

Not sure if there would be a problem but a thing to consider is that if BCIS already has your updated address (AL).
If they do, it seems they would already know you are not in NJ so it should come as no surprise to them.

I suggest tell your concerns to your attorney. If no-one here replies or had similar experience, you can also try Murthy chat..

Please append what you finally decide.

Hi Sanesa,

I think the first thing to do should be to file for change of address form ASAP and keep your Attorney in loop to make sure it is right thing to do since you probably are over 10 days.

That is if you have to send DL copy..
