RFE on EAD. Do we need to send Pics?

minn_labor:

I made a typo - i meant to say NSC. I was looking for NSC Fax #
Also - the RFE my wife got for missing photo is from NSC. Employment Category- did bio metrics with photo & Finger print - filed just EAD( 4 th EAD).
I am laying out the details for everyones benifit- you make the call to send or not.
I am not saying that you should send.

Kahuna,

That's okay. I wasn't sure if there were different rules for those going thru the employment category or famkily catergory.

When I went for my biometrics appt, the guard at the entry found that my A# was typed wrong on the appt letter sent by NSC. She got me the right A# from the officer and made a note on my application to make sure the person scanning the form entered the right A#. She also mentioned that recentlly a lot of appt letters had gone out with the wrong A#. Later, I also found out that my first name and last name were switched. Can you check the A# on your wife's biometric appt letter?

I might go and get the pictures taken this weekend.
