RFE on 485

Do you always get an RFE on 485 or are there cases where 485s have been approved with no RFEs?

Most of the 485s get approved without a RFE.

I filed 485 myself but realized that I did not send documents from F-1 status period (like I-20, OPT etc). Now my PD is curent. Hopefully, the wil issue me RFE (without denying the case).
