RFE-Medicals-Urgent help

Hi Gurus

My lawyer did a great job that he FORGOT to attach our medical reports along with our I-485 application two years ago.

Now the Rfe is to submit the medicals. When we spoke to the lawyer, he says that we have to get the NEW medicals. He is saying, just take the old reports to the doctor and he will give the new report by seeing the old one.

We don't know what to do. I'm sure that immigration won't acccept the old ones(two year old).

Does anyone has this kind of situation? Also anyone knows good doctor in north carolina?(charlotte/raleigh area)?

Because of lawyer's mistake we have to spend the money again.

Please help with valuable suggestions.

You will have to do your Physical Exam again. your vaccine and x-ray and some other stuff will work fine.

Yes you will have to do Blood work again too.

Thanks for your reply. do you think we have to do 'TB' skin test also? or the previous one is fine?
 
I guess not..BEcause i dont remember my wife doing that since she had to submit all medicals again after a year.
