RFEs were issued for both my wife and me on 2/14/04. I am the primary applicant. What the RFE could be?

Check the RFE consolidation spreadsheet. Usually it's one or more from the following:

- employment letter
- W2s
- proof of continued legal status (from days on F1 or H1B)
- photos
- birth certificate(s)
- marriage related stuff (if filing for a spouse)
 
2/14/04?? interesting, has the TSC starting working weekends to reduce backlogs!!

that'd be really reassuring except most of us won't buy it; let's keep our fingers crossed....
