Called the AVM today, and after long last some movement on my case. RFE was issued today, don't know the details. I'm personally optimisitc because once the RFE is generated the time to wait isn't too long. Here's my details, for you:

I'm suspecting it's for an employment verification - I was not working for my petitioning employer at the time of I-485 filing. I had a COS to B-2 for a period of time right before the I-140 approval, but I figured if there was an Out of Status issue I'd be getting the Intent to Deny, or I'd be covered under 245k and there'd be no issue. Either way, home stretch is here.
We'll now see how the INS treats AC21.
August is moving along. We'll all keep our fingers crossed. I'll be sure to keep everybody informed.
